Between what I think and what I want to say, what I believe I'm saying, what I say, what you want to hear, what you believe you understand and what you understood, there are at least nine possibilities for misunderstanding.

Oscar-winning actor Jack Nicholson was recently showing a group of male pals around his Hollywood Hills CA home when he asked them to be sure to ... ‘relieve themselves’ outside. The group thought the 72-year-old screen legend was making a joke and burst out laughing. But Jack quickly reassured them, “No, seriously, it helps keeps the raccoons away!” (Not to mention the starlets.)

Primp and Circumstance: Some stars prepped for the Oscars by getting $2,000 diamond particle facial scrubs. Others got skin peels, green tea face masks and red-and-blue UV light therapy treatments to prevent acne. Some stars wore mink eyelashes that cost $10,000 a piece.
HDTV: Some Hollywood stars complained about the Oscars being broadcast in High Definition. Those, who had acne, lacked sleep, or were dehydrated, looked the worse. Many celebs spent extra time in the makeup room before appearing on stage.
