CONTEST RULES
"100.5 EZ Rock – EZ Rock Love Lines”

1. a)  To enter, listen to EZ Rock daily, between Monday, February 8, 2010 and Friday, February 12, 2010 (the “Contest Closing Date”) for your chance to enter the Contest.  EZ Rock will play a clip from a famous romantic movie.  Be the correct caller at 475-1005 to call in and identify the title of the movie to be declared the daily winner, and qualify for the grand prize.

If a selected entrant cannot be qualified using the information provided at the time of entry within 5 business days or declines the chance to win the prize another entrant will be chosen.

b) A random draw by a 100.5 EZ Rock Representative (“Rogers”) will be made on Friday February 12, 2010, the “Draw Date”, from all entries received as of the Draw Date for entrants to be eligible to win the grand prize… an overnight stay at Clarion Resort Pinewood Park.

Selected entrants will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number indicated on the entry ballot. 
c)  If a selected entrant cannot be reached by end of day, Friday February  19, 2010, or declines the prize, another entrant will be selected.
d)  In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, another entrant will be selected.
2.   No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest.
3. Participants are eligible to win the daily prize of a Teddy Bear flower arrangement from Florist Bouquet D’Amour and a copy of the CD soundtrack “Valentine’s Day”.  Five daily prizes will be awarded (approximate value $50.00).  Plus, qualify for the grand prize… One Night stay in a Fireside Jacuzzi Room at Clarion Resort Pinewood Park (based upon availability), Dinner for Two in Explore Yours Senses Dining Room,
Spa Treatment for Two at Revive Your Senses Spa and Breakfast for Two.  Approximate retail value $500.00 .
4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded.  Rogers reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
5. In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed in person at the time of the draw.  Rogers judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes.
6. Entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.
7. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, city of residence and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by Rogers and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation.  Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Rogers for such use, without further compensation.  All entries become the property of Rogers.
8. This Contest is open to residents of North Bay and area, 19 years of age or older, except employees of Rogers, its parent and affiliate companies; its representatives and agents, the Contest suppliers (Sandals) and those with whom they are domiciled.  The Contest is subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
9. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants.  To receive a copy of the Contest rules or for the names of the winners, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope on or before Friday February 19, 2010 to 100.5 EZ Rock, 743 Main Street East, North Bay, Ontario, P1B 1C2 Attn.: "Love Lines”.
10. Chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Rogers is unaware of how many entrants there may be.  The winners may come from any geographic area in North Bay and the surrounding area, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest.
11. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Rogers.  Rogers takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.
12. The Contest Sponsor is collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest.  Entrants not wishing to receive any other informational or marketing communications from the Contest Sponsor should so indicate on the entry form.  Please see our Privacy Policy at www.rogers.com for full information on the company’s policy towards maintaining the privacy and security of user information.
13. This Contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Rogers.  Entrants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.
14. The terms of this Contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
