If you have any warm winter clothing you aren’t going to wear this winter, why not make a donation to Operation Warmth?
Pastor Jerry Slote at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer says they will be accepting donations until the middle of November. Slote says everyone can take their unused clothing to the church where there will be boxes outside. In November anyone in need of a coat or some clothing can come and pick it up. He says if any coats need cleaning, you can take them to city laundry. They will clean them for free and take them to the church. Slote says they are very thankful for all the people who have donated over the years.
