You don’t have many graduation ceremonies at businesses but today you did at Zedd Customer Solutions in North Bay. Duncan Cornthwaite is the regional human resources manager and he says 39 of the company’s employees have completed the information technology contact centre sales agent apprenticeship program. He says they’ve completed on line courses through St Clair College in addition to four thousand hours of employment.  He says some of the areas they’re qualified in are professionalism, communication and sales. He says the graduates can use their college success and go anywhere. He says it’s a big deal for the employees, their business and their customers.
